Membership Eligibility

  1. To qualify for IREWARDS membership, corporate applicants need to produce a minimum of PhP 30,000 room, food & beverage and banquet revenue within one year. Once qualified, applicant will be entitled to a privilege card and start building revenue points required to claim bigger rewards.
  2. Starting from a minimum of PhP 50,000, a member may proceed to redeem items from a range of lifestyle and shopping rewards as listed in the catalogue.
  3. Only corporate travel organizers, exhibition and convention organizers, and airline’s corporate staff are qualified to enroll. Applications cannot be extended to Travel Agents.
  4. Members must be connected with the company. In the event that member resigns, membership shall automatically be terminated and points earned will be automatically forfeited.
  5. Each company may have a minimum of one (1) member and a maximum of three (3). However, should a company have several divisions that are independent of each other’s bookings, this shall be treated as one (1) company.
  6. It is understood that the member’s participation in this program will solely be the individual’s responsibility. The hotel will not be held liable for any conflict that may arise from the IREWARDS Program with their respective company’s policies and procedures or the manner of usage of the reward items by the member or the company

Points Accrual

  1. New or non-active members must start accumulating points from a base of zero. The initial revenue qualifier of PhP 30,000 immediately allows them to accumulate the required revenue to redeem rewards.
  2. Issuance of rewards will be based on generated revenue for rooms, banquet and restaurant bookings.
  3. To ensure that member’s bookings are captured accurately, member must log-on to www.irewards.com.ph and fill-up the necessary booking request. Member must also quote their name and assigned IREWARDS membership ID number whenever a reservation is made in rooms, banquet and the hotel’s restaurants.
  4. Member is advised to keep records of their reservations.

Redemption and Rewards

  1. The member is entitled to redeem for qualified ‘Hotel Rewards’ and ‘Non-Hotel Rewards.’ All redemption forms must be submitted directly to the IREWARDS Program Coordinator. Each redemption form will be verified and once approved, the member’s record will be reduced to the value of the redemption.
  2. Once the redemption form has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged. The redeemed IREWARDS items are not refundable, returnable, exchangeable, replaceable, and redeemable for any other reward and in the event that the reward item is lost or damaged, it will not be re-issued or replaced.
  3. If the cost of a reward item increases, the hotel may without prior notice increase the number of revenue required for the redemption.
  4. Reward items which relate to travel include only those features described in the IREWARDS Catalogue. Any applicable fares, airport tax and other charges are the member’s responsibility. Getaway rewards are based on overnight accommodation only. Airfare can be requested based on current airline ticket prices.
  5. Rewards gift certificates must be utilized within the validity period. No refunds or payments will be entertained for expired gift certificates.
  6. A Claim Form must be completed and accepted by member prior to accepting the reward item.
  7. The reward item will not be given to any other person or representative without written authorization from the members.
  8. Reward items must be claimed during working hours (9:00 to 6:30 PM- Monday to Friday) at the Sales & Marketing office.
